Watch what happens when a mixture of water and cornstrach is shaken at various speeds and frequencies.
The ease with which it can be stirred and drips from the stir indicates it behaves very much like a liquid.
Faraday waves: shaken at 120Hz, acceleration ramp from 0 to 30g.
Holes, surface perturbed with jet of air at 120 Hz, 15g.
Hole delocalization & growth of fingers at 120 Hz, 25 g.
